Hi everyone. I'm new and in desperate need of some help. I am loving propoints but its a nightmare eating out. Can someone please tell me how many propoints in goats cheese crostinis it's a starter portion so probably two slice of the bread with cheese on top and whatever oil they add. Also breaded garlic chicken. I know I really should choose something with less propoints but that always goes out the window in my favourite restaurant and I end up ordering the same thing I love. Thanks in advance for any help. The newbie!!!
