Help with syn value

Now on day 6, only used 12 syns so far this week but went out for dinner last night with friends to an Italian. Could anyone hazzard a guess at how many syns this would have been -

Minestrone soup

Penne Piccanti ( pasta in a tomato & chilli sauce)
spoonfull of grated parmesan on the top

Rocket & Parmesan salad with balsamic vinegar
( 1 side order shared between 4 so not much at all )

No dessert which I was very proud of although I would have loved a coffee but the machine was broken!!!!!

If I was to make a packet of Cheesy Pasta but only use water would this be free on a green day? Bit of a debate at class last week as to whether it would be.

Found this online, hope it helps, your pasta would be free on a green day and the tom & chilli sauce would be free too (as long as that was all that was in it). You would need to count the parmesan in the salad and if the dressing had oil in it.

Doesnt sound like you used up many syns hun, esp so if you only have had 12 syns this week!, i have trouble keeping to 12 syns a day hahahaha
