help with the basics

    weight watchers on and off
    hi guys, i'm sarah from the west midlands and i'm new to the weight watchers part of this site.
    I'm currently doing the old plan on my own and in the past have done well and lost weight on it. I brought the books once upon a time but seem to have misplaced them. I remember alot of the basic food points and luckily have my bit of card which works out the points in foods ( sorry forgot what they call it lol).
    I'm just abit unsure about the following

    Potatoes, jackets, boiled, mashed??
    Semi skimmed milk?

    Could anybody help me please x

    Potatoes jacket large 375g - 4 points
    Potatoes jacket medium 225g - 2 1/2 points
    Potatoes mashed with margarine, scoop 60g - 1 point
    Potatoes, mashed, 60g scoop - 1/2 point
    Potatoes boiled 100g - 1 point
    Potatoes, roast, small 50g - 1 1/2 points
    Sugar any type, tsp, 5g - 1/2 point
    Margarine, hard, tsp, 5g - 1 point
    Margarine, polyunsaturated, tsp, 5g - 1/2 point
    Semi skimmed milk 1/2 pint, 284ml - 1 point
