I've had a look at the mains and I think the least points will probably come from the salmon or the lamb. The rest either have a tonne of cream/cheese or are deep fried! You're looking at everything being cooked with butter, but taking out what you know will have a lot (such as the mash) will help out a lot more. Also, when things have a sauce you can ask to have it on the side.

Ooh, I just noticed the char-grill, you can get a nice (I use the term loosely!) piece of chicken with that, but I'm not sure about the best sauce as I'm guessing they're all creamy.

Were you after starters or desserts too? If so then go for sorbet, cuz it'll be better points than a starter.

No just a main really, thanks. I have no idea how to calculate any of it! I was thinking of a char-grill minus the chips & sauce :)
