Help with Wetherspoons syns

Hi,
I have just been for lunch with a friend and unfortunately had just about the worst thing on the menu: bbq chicken and bacon panini with cheese and chips!!! I know the syn value will be HUGE but does anyone know what it would be? My week starts on a saturday so if I know how many syns I had I can have less the other days.

Wetherspoon bbq chicken and bacon panini listed as 37.5syns all plans - but no mention of cheese and chips with the entry, sorry.
