Hi I don't go to meetings so can't access the online calculator. Can someone plz tell me how many syns on a green day are in garden gourmet vegetarian chargrilled burgers? I had 1 some savoury rice tonight & it was yummy!
The nutrition info is:
126 cals, 13.5g of protein, 7g of carbohydrates....of which sugars 0.5g, fat 4.5.....of which saturates 0.5. Fibre 1.5
