I'm really struggling to loose weight at the moment. I just seem to be loosing and gaining the same few lbs. I've been doing ww for years on and off and I wonder if I need a bit of a change. I've tried to google the sw basics but am Struggling to make enough sense of it to know if it's for me. From what I read I'd be doing original days or extra easy.
Can anyone spare some time to explain it to me. Any daily food plans would be super too. I'm searching your boards for ideas but I don't want to be guessing......
