Skinny on the inside
Hi, hopefully someone can advise. I've got some mini trifles in the fridge which OH bought but I can't work out the points on my calculator becasue although it gives the amount of cals & amount of Fat - it doesn't give saturated fat amounts. I know its always less than the total grammes of fat. Anyone any ideas how I should work this out??

Class leader always advises to half the fat amount and use that as sat fat, e.g. 229 cals and 4.0 gms fat = 229 cal & 2.0 gms fat.

Hope this helps x

The usual rule is to half the total fat amount - so if its 18g fat, then calculate the sat fat as 9g. Its not exact - it can't be but its the usual way WW tell you to do it. x
