Ate soooo bad today. I feel like rubbish now :-( lunch with mum and sister... Pizza, garlic bread, choc fudge cake. Then nothing else until I just got home from work where I had choc cookies!! I feel so bad. I think thats probably about three days worth of syns?! Agreed? Or more. Nothing compared to what I use to eat but now I feel soo guilty!! Advice please?xxxx

I think you have two choices: either just call it a one off blip, forget about it and start afresh carrying on as normal tomorrow. Maybe have a think about why it happened and what you could do to prevent it from happening again.

Or you could work out the syns that you have had and try to see if you can pull it back by having fewer syns for the rest of the week,drinking plenty of water, eating up loads of super speed and doing some body magic.

Hope you're not feeling too bad. It's best not to dwell on it too much or you'll feel bad and unmotivated!

Draw a line under it hon and don't let one bad day turn into a bad week! Start afresh tomorrow and don't beat yourself up over it...its really not worth it xxx
