Sorry to hear of your news... I was diagnosed with diabetes on New Years Eve & doing Atkins has had a massive impact on my glucose levels (back to within normal range within 2 weeks), it has also made me feel human again which is a huge plus!!

Have a read of the stickies at the top they have some great information. Induction is about keeping your carbs to 20g per day with them coming from leafy green veg .

Well stick to eggs, chicken, meat, fish for easy meals
and make the meals bigger with the veg and salad chucked in.
