I'm new to the forum, havent ever joined anything like this but i think it's great everybody giving eachother support!
I basically put almost 2 stone on when i went travelling and have been on a steady journey trying to get rid! I lost about half a stone on SW first time round, then over a stone on WW, but have recently come to a standstill. Just cant seem to shift it, i think my body is getting used to what i put into it!!
Really want to lose another stone. So iv come back to SW, this time doing red days! (previously did green as I loved my carbs)
Any tips would be great! And any budget red day recipies would also come in handy! One thing i struggle on is Lunches, as I work in an office, so any ideas would be fab, i dont mind making my own lunches at home but would like variety as i know i will get bored otherwise
I like SW but just dont quite understand how it all works, i eat loads!!! How can you possibly eat lots of food and lose weight!?
Anywho, Wish me luck on my journey! I will be absolutley chuffed if i get to my goal weight!! xxx
