I know how you feel...as I feel the same tonight. But I keep telling myself WI is only a few days away and it could jepodise a loss!! Don't do it, personally I would not even eat anything because if your anything like me it will be a case of once you've popped you can't stop. Have a drink then curl up in bed with a magazine or book. Good luck. Well done on your half a stone. x x

I have actually spent the last 45 mins planning my meals for tomorrow and am so tired i'm going to sleep, so i avoided the sausages lol. Thanks Lyndzi.

every time I feel like that I make myself drink a big glass of water and brush my teeth, or watch a film or something just to distract myself. Don't give up!

Thanks Naomi, i'm in bed now with the laptop and the aircon going and a bottle of Tesco sparkling water. I hate tap water or still water but i love it sparkling.Feeling better now that the hunger pangs have gone.

Well done for resisting. Another thing I tend to do if I'm wanting food is working out how much I could loose by certain dates (",)
