On day 8 I had a chicken salad and I felt absolutely awful - I ate it and as I was eating I felt guilty and remorseful yet still kept going. When you know you shouldn't be eating something it really doesn't taste so great. I know it's hard resisting stuff, but honestly when you have your weigh in you will know it's worth it. Perhaps you should try and occupy yourself - paint nails, do some washing up, clean the toilet! - anything to distract you from the sandwich!!
Dont do it, you are now burning your own fat, the minute you finish that sandwich, youll fell crap and wonder why you ate it!
