OMG HELP ME!! i dont trust myself at this min, im soo hungry and just want to eat!! im so so close to going to the fridge and eatting something then hiding the wrapper! im not but im so peckish :'break_diet:
Hey Kimmie, is there anyway you can get out of the house away from the fridge? Im a complete nightmare, especially at night when i put my daughter to bed, even though im not hungry i just like munching. im looking forward to the CD in so many ways but im not sure how i'll cope with not eating proper food. Ok, I think you need a little bit of tough love, so here goes, you need calm down, you are working yourself up and talking yourself into this, firstly drink some water to take away the hunger pangs, then you need to find something else to focus your attention, go out for a walk or do something around the house.
You are tormenting yourself with what you are missing, I know this diet is hard and we are missing out on things, but they are the things that caused us to be in this situation in the first place, so this is your opportunity to try and correct the relationships we have with food so that when we lose the weight we can keep it off long term

Hi kimmie , Take your self upstairs and go and look at your self in the mirror tell your self why you are doing this . Remember you want to go to Alton Towers at halloween . If its that bad i sometimes cut off a small peice of cheese which is low in carb .
thank you, needed some tough love i think! iv not cheated iv cleaned and just had my lunch shake lol, and woke my little man up and gave him his lunch iv noticed while iv been on this diet my babies are eatting so much better
Taylor went preschool [her first day!! ] with A small jam sarnie, a box of half a packet of skips, a small box of raisens, a yoggie, and a small packet of orange biscuits lol
and dexter is having : a sausage roll, a cube of cheese and some raisens lol
