I am almost at my goal weight just another 6 or so lbs to go but today my body is really telling me to eat something!!!!
I am doing sea bass prawns and salad for the family and i am truly tempted to just have some
With it being all protein is it going to do that much harm if i do or will some one please try to disuade me

I feel the same as you but you won't feel like you have succeeded until you get to goal weight. If you eat then if will just extend your journey and you will either

a) have to stay on longer i.e. no food or
b) not succeed and maybe feel like you have not finished the programme properly

Stick with the programme and you'll be there before you know it! You've come this far and you've only got a little way to go.

I went through exactly the same thing on weds and I slipped out of ketosis and now my breath is horrible again like it was at the beginning! Stay strong. The food will be there in 2-3 weeks, I promise - it's not going out of fashion.
