Not sure if this is in the right place. I am a hypertensive 55 year old woman who started the Slim Fast diet a few days ago. I am doing great and it is a good diet for me as I really cannot eat in the mornings at all. However, I have a raging thirst all the time. I drink at least 2 litres of very weak diluting juice a day. I know that if the thirst continues, I will have to stop the diet.
It has crossed my mind that it is something to do with my blood pressure medication so thought I would ask on here if thirst is a side effect anyone else has suffered. Thanks x
