I was on total until christmas , decided to stretch the rules and eat a little bit!! Bad move because I couldnt get back on to total so decided to do lite as I only had 7 pound to target. Anyway now into february and I still havent lost those last 7 pounds. I have managed to maintain but am not at target so decided today to try and go on abstinence again.
It is so hard Im starving!! Not sure I am going to make it through day 1!!

you will and can do this, go and do something else to take your mind off feeling hungry, make sure your drinking lots of water aswell, really really put your mind to it and dont give in, you'll be chuffed you did

You can and you will Kathryn. Break that pain barrier hun. You know what it's like. You have done sooooooo well.
Get back, It'll only take a little while to shift that last half stone.
Then be sure to do RTM.
i know I'm boring, but it is a tried and tested method.
Do it - now! Whenever you feel hungry - have a drink.
Tell yourself you are "choosing not to eat".
Food will still be there when you are at goal.
You will feel so strong and proud of yourself.
