Thank you Sukibix, I have had a slow start but am really getting in to it now (also quit my 20 a day habit in Jan so pretty pleased with the weight loss result really) :D

I just ate a blueberry muffin which I have worked out as 14 syns, wish I hadn't eaten it now but there you go!! am sick today with a really sore throat and have been sucking strepsils, am a bit worried about the syn value but my throat is so sore

Just entered a new stone bracket :):p really pleased. Mini target to loose 13lbs in 6 weeks, think that if I continue to walk daily and do a couple of jogs a week it should come off.
