My partner wants to buy us a KFC tonight but its the reason im a big fatty, i cant seem to help myself i always have a fully loaded zinger tower meal with corn soaked in butter and i go large with cheesy bbq roller sometimes 2 and i have his chicken on the bone, this is going to be the hardest night in my life lol. Im coming here first, is there anyway ican points the meals so i can try and limit my self, iv had 9points today and im aloud 34.

zinger burgers are my fav fast food.. gawd i love them! im just cutting and pasting this for you from another thread....

Mini Fillet per one is 3 points (So 9 points in total)
Small popcorn chicken is not listed on the website but it does say you get a small popcorn chicken with the box so a kids popcorn chicken works out at 3 points or a regular popcorn chicken is 8 points
Fries Regular - 7 Points
Fries large - 10 points
coleslaw Regular -4 points
bbq beans regular - 3 points
corn on cob is 4 points
regular gravy - 2 points

I checked e source and they say a zinger is 13 PPs while a zinger tower is 18 PPs.

you can have some but order within points and eat dead slow so that you are the last one eating prehaps. dont let them leave any either! good luck xxxx

That's helpful to know. KFC is a big problem for me, and I have been known to pig out on a whole bucket to myself when I've been depressed and drunk. :eek::break_diet:The ultimate comfort food for me, but I'd hate to think how many weeks worth of points that would use.
