Are you making sure you are getting your fluids, and still eating your healthy items too?
Your body fluctuates in general between 2.2lbs =+/- per day in natural bodily fluctuations so I wouldnt stress too much - do you have a diary of what you have eaten since then?
Hi Nenya - don't stress - mid-week weighing does no good - either you'll be disappointed or prematurely delighted - wait til Thursday before you try to figure out if you need to change anything - daily weighing changes significantly...

^^ agreed! Avoid those scales like the plague midweek.

My OH has put the rubber duck, my exfoliating gloves, a random comb and a pumice stone on mine so I can't just "hop on" - I too get disappointed and angry when I see a +1, +2 or sometimes a +5! by WI day it's all change again.
