    Hi all

    Still very new to this and doing it from home so hope you can help.

    Wasnt sure where to post this.....

    On EE you are supposed to fill your plate with 1/3 superfree but i cant find anywhere the ruling for red/green days?

    Hope you can help

    You don't have to do this on green/red days, as you are limited to carbs/meat etc. It is reccomended so that you have a healthy balanced diet, but it's not part of the plan as it is on EE.

    There's no lower limit that you should be eating on red/green days, but our C says its still a good rule to follow on all three plans. Its common sense that you should make your meals up from as many superfree and free foods as possible. If you struggle with 1/3 then make sure you're getting at least your 5 a day healthy portions.
