Hi hun sorry you are feeling down and struggling do you know you have posted in the sw section? I can't advise in Cambridge but there will be loads on that part on the site. Hope it gets better and if you can't manage Cambridge there are other ways to lose weight. Good luck x

Don't feel guilty - just start again. It's a tough diet. But the more you get off and get used to it, the harder it will be to slip. Week 2 was the most difficult for me, Week 1 was a breeze and Week 3 is nearly over!

Cross a line under it and move on. The important thing is you get straight back into it.
Good luck and remember the forums here if you need us! x

The best thing to do is learn from it an move on. Next time you feel yourself slipping try to remember how this felt and come on the forum for some moral support!
