Shake for breakfast and one for lunch/tea.
3 snacks allowed per day: small apple/orange/pear, 30g cheese, 1-2 slices deli meats, 30g nuts
And one main meal.
Veg allowed: lettuce mushrooms onions tomatoes cucumber broccoli cauliflower green beans leeks peppers carrots( in moderation)
Avoid: potato, pumpkin corn beans peas
Lean meat allowed, around the size of ur palm for ur main meal, plus plenty of veg.
Drinks: diet drinks (max 2 glasses a day)
Tea, coffee with/without milk, sweeteners, dry white or red wine (2-3 glasses per week) water (plenty of it)
