Im gettin to my 13th week of my diet and im starting to struggle, the weather is getting better and i dont know what to eat.....im sick of weight watchers meals and subways

anyone got any ideas?

Please help need some motivation
 
i buy pre-cooked chicken breasts from Tesco, you can get all dif flavours like piri piri or bbq or cajun chicken and have with salad, salad cream or balsamic! soooo nice on a hot summers day! :) or a pasta salad! xx
 
:) i might have a salad.... how many calories in scoop of coleslaw from butchers and cheese and oinon filer?
 
I imagine they are both quite high :-(

You would be better to get Lower cal options x

Coleslaw is very high! I'd recommend making your own. And you can use myfitnesspal.com to work out the calories in things, they have an app for most phones too.
 
oh im just gonna have a subway haha unless i can find something nice in heron
 
i'm gonna make my own coleslaw for when i get back mmmm yummm cant wait
