There is a section on syn values where people have asked for things before. There are also commonly asked lists on there like mullers and mug shots. You can do a search if you look to the top right of the threads. You can search for threads or posts.

Failing that if you have something specific then post it in the syns section and someone will either know it or can look it up.

If I can't find something in my book (or I can't be bothered to find my book, lol) I just Google it, it's so much quicker, for example, "How many syns in a Quorn sausage", comes up with loads of results, 9 times out of 10 it's Minimins that comes up first! :)

Try here to begin with Syn Values then work your way back from here. You need to be looking at the top where the threads are posted, there is one called SW recipes, which is then broken down in to 2 sublinks for winter and summer. As the others have said the other way is to search (top right of the page, click on advance search and type in what you are looking for. A list of result will appear and hopefully you will find what you are looking for. It does take a while to navigate this site, but the more you use it the more you will find things, it just takes time. :D

It was by googling a syn value for something that I first stumbled upon this site! If in doubt and you can't find it on searching here, Dr Google knows all!
