HELP

I'm on my week 3 - and last too days I felt groggy again but I think I overdid it with exercise lol! My worst days were days 5 and 6 so hopefully when u c how much u lost u feel better- drink some warm water or make a hot chocolate out of your chocolate shakes to make u feel warm and cosy ! let us know how u do!:coffee::grouphugg:
 
well done...a great start...keep it up, and when you see the results every week it will inspire you to keep going..
 
thats great well done, i struggled the first week to ten days too, it was hell for me, but the wi results and support on here kept me going. its seems like every day lasts a year when you first start, but now 13 weeks on - it feels like 5 mins!
