I know you shouldn't do it but I believe most of us weigh ourselves daily. The only days I don't weigh myself are when I have some worry which is more important than my weight. If you weigh daily you have to be prepared to accept all the minor ups and downs which are due to fluid balance,hormones etc.These can be misleading so daily weigh-ins are not recommended. I am also trying to break the habit so I'll be interested to see how you get on.
