HELP!

    Can someone help me, Steve wants to take me for an Indian tonight :(
    I really want to go as i havent had one in 6 months, do i go and just enjoy?
    I have been savng syns all week.
    I dont want to say no as i moan he never takes me out!
    I will do my best to try and go somewhere like TGI Fridays as i no i can have a steak!

    I went for Indian and drinks last week (and had pizze express on another night) and still managed to lose - because I saved syns. When I went for Indian I did EE day and had 1/2 poppadum, boiled rice and lamb dhansak (chicken dhansak is listed as 6.5 syns in book). Lamb rogan josh comes in at 6.5 and I think chicken jalfrezi is 8.5. There are plenty of low syn options to choose from! Or you can always do red day and go for just chicken tikka (plain) with salad.

    I had all of my syns (for the most part) on Fri/Sat last week and then cut down to 1-2 syns/day for Sun, Mon, Tues before weigh in. I also did 5 red, 1 EE and 1 Mix 2 Max last week. I managed to lose 2.5lb - was gobsmacked!

    I will just go and have what i think as i have saved syns and see how i go :)

    Hurray! Dieting's not supposed to stop you enjoying things, it's about learning not to do it in excess (like the three take-aways a week I used to have ;)). The odd treat is fine.

    Indian is my favourite. Enjoy every mouthful for me.

    Diet:
    extra easy
    stick with plain boiled rice, and chicken tikka, have diet juice or water, and a sorbet for sweet dont use any syns for the next day or so and you will be fine , enjoy it if its only once in a while good luck x

    I kind of go flexi within reason lol....Choose the things that are the lowest syns, but have at least one thing you really love, like a fresh naan...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm lol

    I thoroughly enjoyed mine and didn't feel deprived at all! In fact, I think I enjoyed it more because I knew I had planned for it!
