i posted a thread earlier no idea where it wnt floating on some other forum maybe
i wondered what the syn value was for walkers prawn cocktail crisps and a wee martini i keep getting diff syns when i look them up thanks lesley

Walkers are 9 syns I think. Not sure about Martini though. Maybe you posted in the syns section. That is where syn enquiries usually go. Or, maybe it was moved by mods x

Ready salted, cheese and onion and salt and vinegar are all 9 syns for a 34.5g bag, so I would think they're the same as that.
Not sure on Martini though...
