Ooh I've got some Green tea in too... this diet plan sounds better and better by the hour! Just having a chicken salad now... I even went to Boots and bought some Atkins bars and that Atkins rye cracker stuff.
I'll be honest I've not read the book... well I don't have the book, but, I'm kinda just knocking off the bulky carbs and eating a ton of protein with veg/salad.
I know there is like a 2 week induction part isn't there? But I think will just do a maintainance bit if that makes any sense! It's all good... better than a ton of chocolate and bread everyday anyway x
