i use a lot of Cajun on my chicken its great then i use a griddle pan and dry cook it. Also i have used the Marigold Bouillion as a spice. You can make sauces from the soups too.

The cajun is my fave though with a nice crisp green salad.

i love paprika on my chicken and sometimes i use a mild chilli powder and cook it in the griddle pan, i think pretty much any herbs and spices are ok
