How was Work & Swimming? I think 2.5 is achievable in Week 4, you can do this!x

Work was ok x it's my half day and it always goes so quick x

Swimming was good x refreshing x except I had a sea creature next to me splashing me with his awful swimming x

Sea Creature! Lol! I'd suggest Water and lots of it, flush out the toxins.x
