I'm sick of posting this same kinda thing every few months :(
I lost 8st on LT 2years ago but have managed to put back on 5 of them:(
I reeally want to restart and get at least 2 or 3 off on TFR but i've tryed starting everyday this week so I've offered to work all weekend so i can't be tempted and have only shakes with me :)
I really need motivation, words of encouragement,ANYTHING?
Can I really do this? With so many failed attempts it's almost hard to believe I can :/

Hey daisy I was like you attempting restart after restart and failing you can do it set yourself a goal have you got any functions coming up or anything??? The only way I was able to start again with success was by setting myself a goal first is my nephews christening next week and then a fancy dress 30th in three weeks time. So set small goals to reach for each date:) keep telling yourself that you have to do it!!! Be hard on yourself and you'll reap the rewards later on. You know the drill so come on you can do it:)

Yep I have Austrailian Pink Floyd concert on he 28th April which is time enough to get back into some of my smaller clothes that i'm more confident in!!
I really just need to get through the first few days-even first day!! My weigh in is on Thursday ohhh fingers crossed I stick to it.
I'm such a head strong person normally but sooo many failed attempts has shook me:(

I think i just needed encouraging words cos my friends and bf are siiick of hearing i'm re-starting as i never last more than 2weeks :(

you can do it hun!:) and like soontobeyummymummy said be hard on yourself. ive been having a hard time too so ive written a list of things on a page that are coming up like southafrica england amsterdam and certain parties and ive blutacked it to my front door so i see it every time i leave the house and go into danger zone where all the shops are lol.. also ive put a not beside the bed so when i wake up in the morning i see the note saying "im skinnier today than i was yesterday,and ill be skinnier tomorrow than i am today" anything to get me by lol.... btw daisy are you in dublin cos im going to that concert too :) xx
