I think first week results vary. I lost 5.2lbs which is a lot for me compared to what I've lost on other diets...but I have seen others post double and triple that for the first week. Exante say you can lose 14lbs in a month on TS, 10lbs on WS and 8lbs on SS.

Good luck, the first weeks the hardest but it's worth it. :)

I've had 2 shakes today and so far so good though I am feeling hungry!
I'll just have to ride it out as me next and final shake will be at around 6.

Does everyone else just do shakes only or is it a mixture of the bars and soups?

You'll probably lose between 4-10lbs the first week, depending on how well you stick to it, how much water you drink, how much weight you have to lose and your own biochemistry.

Whatever it is, it will more than likely be an encouraging number ;)

EDIT: I just do shakes and bars - I don't fancy the soups much :D

I just do soup and shakes, the bars give me wind and I don't like the taste.
Weight loss week one will depend on how much you have to lose. I am monthly weigh-er - I like big rewards! Some people do their measurements too - I didn't bother. I just went by the monthly bag of clothes for the charity shop.
Start - size 22/24 with elasticated waists to a size 12 today. I have a fixed grin of delight!

I put another order in today for their weekly mixed pack so will try the bars and soups in that. The shakes were ok and I am pleased that day 1 is done :)

Glad that day 1 has gone ok for you. I have a soup, a bar (Tesco Ultraslim Raspberry or Chocolate), and a shake each day. I enjoy the soups the most but make them with extra water as I find them a bit 'gloupy' otherwise. I also like to add some black pepper and sometimes chilli flakes. The Tesco bars are nice - quite big too so I tend to have these either in thirds or halfs throughout the day. The shakes are my least favourite but are still ok.
