Here I go again on my own....

Well! I well and truly fell off the wagon the last month or so and with only 185 days until I go to Florida I'm getting back on the slimming world wagon tomorrow. Just done my massive food shop today full of healthy stuff so weigh in tomorrow morning and then its off I go - again!

I'm also going to go 300 calories minimum burnt on my wii fit every day and the 30 day shred. Going to do some other exercise too but starting off with those!

Will be mixing up my days I think.

Here's hoping!

First mini aim: 8lbs off in 4 weeks (1st August)
 
Weigh day: 12 st 11 lbs :(


Extra easy day:

Breakfast:
35g porridge
Coffee with sweetener
Semiskimmed milk
= hex a and hex b

Lunch =
1/2 packet of bat savoury golden rice
Ham salad (lettuce tomato cucumber celery peppers spring onions)

Tea =
1/2 packet of bat savoury golden rice
Ham salad
Tuna steak

Snacks -
2 bananas
Apple
Muller light orange sprinkled yoghurt

Not sure what to use the rest of my syns on! Stuck in work til 10 so might treat myself to an options hot choc when I get home
 
Was good yday on an EE day! Had a glass of wine and soda but still stayed under 15 syns.

Breakfast today -
Fruit salad and ff yoghurt
Coffee with sweetener

Think im gonna make today a red day - dont half fancy a bbq as well but well see!!

Not sure yet - maybe a nice lolly as its so hot!
