Hello to all. Have been dipping into the Exante forums for a few weeks before taking the plunge and ordering my packs. Everyone seems so encouraging that I thought I would say hello and update my progress weekly as motivation. If it's just me weighing myself in my bathroom, it's too easy to cheat! So, here goes! This is my fourth day on Exante TS, and I seem to have lost 5lbs?! Will see where I am at the end of the week though, as that must mostly have been water. Looking forward to sticking with it
