Here i go again

Hi all,

Guess i'm back this week too.

Lost 5.5 stone and have managed to put just over 1 back on. I need to lose about 3.5 stone to get at goal so here goes. Gonna get the BH out of the way and restarting SS on tuesday.

Thanks, weightd myself this morning and have put 1.5 stone back on so not impressed. Oh well 1/2 day done and onwards and upwards as they say
