So i started weight watchers in january lasy year.. and didnt go for a few weeks... which turned into months and me being back where i started!!!
But ah well sure... at least im back again!!
I started ww on tuesday 2nd nov!.... was deinitely not in the mood for it though... pretty much went cause my friend said she was going back so i though ah may as well!!!
Well i couldnt be happier!! even though i was HORRIFIC the first few days and going over my points like MAD like 10 points!!!I went back the next tuesday... though ah if i stay the same sure ill be happy!.... as long as i dont go up any!
Well didnt i shock myself! Afer a horrific week of not even caring i got the push i needed to actually get into this!
I lost 9 pounds i didnt do any exercise so I was so shocked!!!
I was told i prob wont lose any weight this week cause that was such a big loss!.... but im pushing to lose 1 pound! my goal for xmas was to lose 10pounds!!! and it would be nice to change that to an even higher goal!!!
So far his week i have been using my wii fit working up a sweat and somehow went way under my point allowence last night (not to say that i didnt make up for it with the lunchi had haha)
so yeah heres to next tuesday and hopefully being another pound down!!!
