Hey guys! I'm restarting after a nasty virus which knocked me out for nearly a month (I think a lot of people have had it this winter)...I'd got down to 13 stone 10, just a stone above my goal, but after a month languishing I've gone back up to 14s13lb. Bummer, eh? So back on the diet: low carb, small portions of veg and lean protein. I'm aiming to get to 13 stone this time. 27lbs to go!
 
poached eggs and spinach for breakfast, piece of steamed fish and broccoli for lunch, bowl of miso with prawns in it in the evening.
