    I have just completed day one on LLT. Physically not bad at all, didn't feel hungry, mentally it was interesting, felt quite peaceful and calm. I was quite quiet this evening with my DH but i think thats just because i was letting this first evening pass by. (this is when i would usually pig out) and also feeling a little tired maybe.

    Excited about going to my second meeting, the counsellor was great and already gave me lots to think about, crooked thinking etc. feeling good.:)

    Welcome as I said on the other post, it will take a few days for the ketosis fairy to kick in, which is when you will not feel hungry and your energy will go up. oh and don't forget the water!!

    Sounds like you've got a good LLC, that really helps. I found the CBT/Psychology side so helpful.
