You can have 57g medium fat soft cheese or 85g of low fat soft cheese as a HEb on a green day though!
I used Weightwatchers low fat roasted onion & chive for this (available at Asda)
Of course a pot of quark left overnight with any seasoning you like is totally free on every plan!! My fve is garlic & chive, though I also make pate with smoked salmon/mushrooms/mackerel!
