I was just wondering. With your HexA's - if you want to have both, do you have to have milk AND cheese or can you have 2 lots of milk, or 2 lots of cheese?

I had a feta salad yesterday when out and think it may have been more than 42g feta! But I didn't have any milk except a dash in coffee so could I count the extra feta as a HexA ??

You can choose any two A choices - two feta portions would be fine. Sometimes I have a milk portion through the day, and then fancy a long hot chocolate in the evening (just synning the choc, but having the milk as a second A choice)
