HexB on SP

Ok very pain evening pain.. so this may not make sense

HexB speed is 2 ryvitas instead of 4...?

...but on EESP you are supposed to have 2 hexb

....so eh?....

I’d end up eating 4 ryvitas anyway which is 1 hexb

Why say have 2 hexb but then say well just have each hexb as half a portion?

Are they mad? Or is it me that’s mad?

I’m guessing the latter but my brain is going round and round in circles... someone come and turn it off

Probably the latter.

If you were doing Extra Easy they would say have the speed part of that hexb for a better weight loss.

On SP ...yes...you can have 2 hexb so you can have one as 2 ryvitas and the other 2 sliced wholemeal bread from a 400g loaf.

Or of course have 2 b's of 2 ryvitas.

Does that make sense to you. It does when I read it but then I wrote it.

Ah I see. I’m just obsessed with ryvitas so not considering anything else
Yes could have half ryvita for speed but a full bread portion for the other I guess
