HEXB or Syn?

Morning,

Im going to attempt to make th sw cheesy meatballs tonight and chips. Im doing an original day so when I make the chips, how many grams can I use as a HEXB or is it best to syn them? Thanks x

You can have 227g of potato as a HEXB on a red day as long as you leave the skin on. Enjoy your meal!
