Could someone tell how many Ryvita Crackerbread there are for a HEXB please.

My eyes are going screwy looking at the website but all I can find is 1 Weetabix + 3 wholegrain crackerbread or 1 wholegrain crackerbread + 28g Oatibix or a muesli made with goji berries.

Never underestimate the power of the book! I'd usually go to the site but as I've missed group my password doesn't work.. :break_diet:

Donnie - there is no mention that I can see for the original Ryvita crackerbreads as a HEXB, and they are down as 1 syn each in the book (under 'Crackerbreads - all varieties').

Anyone know any different?

Bummer! The original ones don't count as a HEB and I've never seen the wholegrain ones anywhere

Oh what a swizz.....I have checked and mine are Original so 1 syn each then.

I must look out for the wholegrain ones.

Morrisons usually have the wholegrain ones. I go there to buy their free sausages and them. The people on the till must think I have a very restricted diet!
