HEXB rollover help plz

I know about carrying syns over. Can someone please advise.
I made a cheesecake containing 1 HEXB yesterday and only had 1/2 although I didn't have any other HEXB so counted this as whole B on Extra easy. I am having the rest today so 1/2 B do I have to count this as todays HEX or does the fact I used it a yesterdays mean I can still have a whole HEXB today aswell as the cheese cake hope this makes sense

You can't rollover HEs. They are to be used on a day to day basis, so if you have the cheesecake today (0.5 HEB), you could have 1 weetabix as the other half for example. Or you could have a full HEB and syn the cheesecake, 3 syns.
