Hiya,

Used to post on here last year for a few months... but had alot going on and havent had time to come on here and also no time to diet :cry:

Im back at WW doing the Discover plan, hoping to loose 3stone by June/July so half a stone every month roughly which sounds duable to moi.

Going to read through some diaries now :)

Cheese triangle = 0.5
3 tbs beans = 1

L; WW Beef Hotpot = 3.5
French fries = 1

T; WW Chicken & wedges (cant remember what its called lol.) 4

S; 30g of cereal and skimmed milk = 3
4 toblerone = 3

I'll probably have more abit later on as i can have 22 points and only used 18. :p x

T; WW Chicken hotpot = 4.5

S; Snack a jacks = 2
Small bag of jelly tots = 1.5

Will be having WW Banoffe desert for afters :D so total points = 20 outta 22 x
