Hey everybody :)

Well i've had a very abrupt wake up call as to how much weight i've gained over the last few years and now i'm determined to get rid of it :D Still in the beginning stages so just going through my diet and exercise regime and seeing how that goes. No one in my house has a weight problem so hopefully this combined with possibly joining weight watchers will give me the motivation to carry on towards a healthier life :)
