Hi im kirsty and have been trying to lose weight for a long time i was diagnosed with pcos around 5 years ago now so have always struggled with my weight which has always gone up and down but i am married now and me and my husband really want children but we are not able to start the tablets until my bmi is 35 so i am here for support and just to get help and talk to people who are in the same situation and hopefully i can get my bmi to that and carry on with my family plans :)

Hi and welcome. I see you have already lost a stone. How did you do that?

Do you want to go to a slimming class, or do a VLCD or even get advice from the doctor.
