Hey, following CWP

Hey all,

Im on day 12 of CWP. Only lost 5lbs so far. Struggling a bit with cravings and have already cheated once.

Any advice?

Quite honestly with so little to lose I would go up to a higher step (although I don't know what step you're on). What made you cheat? Were you genuinely hungry or feeling tired or craving something?
 
I'm on complete replacement right now, have been since I started.

Cut out tea, coffee and alcohol completely.

I was a mix of emotions, mainly fed up with the complete replacement and wanting something with actual texture and still, persistently hungry when following it (even at drinking 3L a day)

Honestly I would consider a higher step. Better to go up a step and keep following the plan, than being fed up of it and cheating. And if you're hungry I suspect your body needs a little bit more.
